Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS FOR MISPRINTED/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please contact us before returning an item. We may need details on the issue with your item(s) and possibly photos of the item(s).

All returns for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS FOR MISPRINTED/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

To return a misprinted/damaged/defective item, place the item securely in its original packaging and use the return form that was provided in the original packaging.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

RETURNS FOR BUYER’S REMORSE/EXCHANGES

Please contact us before returning an item.

All returns for buyer’s remorse/exchange items must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS FOR BUYER’S REMORSE/EXCHANGES

To return a buyer’s remorse/exchange item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

Please Note

  • A 20% restocking fee may be charged for all returns.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
